酱烧茄子


I made the aubergine last night using the following recipe. It is great that the aubergine was cooked in the microwave oven rather than deep fried which is less healthy. I like aubergine very much and have been looking for recipe of cooking it. I am absolutely satisfied with this recipe. We ate it as a sauce with pasta, as I made it a bit salty.
Kai brought it to school as lunch and shared with his friends today. All of them were thumbs up!!!


配料:


1 姜蓉,蒜蓉,葱花
2 肉餡加上料酒,胡椒粉,盐和麻油还有一点芡粉拌好
3 豆瓣酱剁碎


做法:

1 将油烧热, 把肉馅炒散,然后加入姜蓉,蒜蓉,一点葱,和豆酱炒香,撒上一大匙的辣椒面
2 把茄子切成条, 放到微波炉转两分钟
3 将茄子倒入锅中和肉馅一起翻炒,倒入两杯的chicken broth
4 加盖焖煮差不多15分钟
5 然后倒入一点点的酱油,糖调味
6 收汁收得差不多的时候可以勾薄薄的芡
