I have been in London for exact two years until today. I first step on England on 15th Aug 2006. That was the first time I left home and started living on my own. My life has completely changed since then. I learned how to live independently, how to take care of myself to some extent (Kai has always been there for me) and how to take care of Kai. During the last two years, I finished my postgraduate study and got married. If I hadn't come to the UK, I would now have graduated from NACTA and probably work in an arts organization and still live with my parents. Life in the UK is not as good as many people in China image. It's almost the same as in China, studying, eating, sleeping, watching TV and hanging out with friends. The only thing that different is the environment where you deal with people with different backgrounds and in English. As a matter of fact, I don't speak much English everyday. I have never thought what life will be in the future, since we are in the UK and everything is so unpredictable. But I believe that whether we are here or back in China, we will always lead a happy and exciting life.

Good post, especially, "Kai has always been there for me", very mean it I can feel!!
It is always good to look back of our lives, make a summary and learn from it. It has been indeed amazing for the past two years. I enjoyed as much as you and I am also sure that our future will be even more colourful.
