红烧鸡翅
一 准备红烧鸡翅的材料
菜谱主料:
鸡翅
400克菜谱调料:
大葱
10克
姜
10克
辣椒(红、尖、干)
20克
八角
5克
花椒
5克
酱油
10克
盐
3克
白砂糖
50克 各适量
二、开始做红烧鸡翅
1. 油锅内放入一两白糖,炒到白糖融化,起泡;
2. 泡沫消退,白糖变成金黄色时,放入洗干净的鸡翅,中火翻炒,直到每块鸡翅变成漂亮的金黄色;
3. 放入一些热水,淹没鸡翅就行;
4. 放入调料,用中火把鸡翅炖烂
5. 汤汁变少时改大火把汁收浓,以不干锅为准,起锅装盘。
